Account Executive

  • Nationwide, USA
  • 70,000 per year $65,000 + $5,000 insurance stipend. Uncapped commissions $107,000 OTE for hitting base quota ~$140,000 OTE for average performers ~$200,000+ OTE for top performers

Growthstream, headquartered in Nashville, TN, is seeking a driven Account Executive to join our remote sales team. If you’re a high-performing sales professional who thrives on autonomy, flexibility, and making a real impact, this is your opportunity to grow with a company that values performance over process. Compensation Highlights:

  • $70,000 base ($65,000 + $5,000 insurance stipend)
  • Uncapped commissions
  • $107,000 OTE for hitting base quota

  • ~$200,000+ OTE for top performers

You’ll begin as a 1099 contractor. After hitting full quota for three consecutive months post-ramp, you’ll be eligible to transition into a full-time W2 employee role.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

This is a full-cycle sales role. You’ll own your pipeline from start to finish, including:

  • Building lead lists using Apollo
  • Running multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Leveraging your personal network to generate new opportunities
  • Conducting discovery calls and leading demos
  • Presenting Growthstream’s C4 System™ to decision-makers
  • Managing your pipeline in HubSpot CRM
  • Advancing deals using the Sandler Selling System
  • Handling objections and closing deals with confidence

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

  • 2–5+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience (SMB or mid-market)
  • Proven success in cold outbound prospecting
  • Experience with Apollo, HubSpot CRM, or similar tools
  • Strong communication, presentation, and questioning skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and coachable
  • Comfortable selling to both blue-collar and corporate buyers
  • Consistently meets or exceeds quota

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Selling into HR, Ops, or People leaders
  • Experience in professional services, training, HR tech, or SaaS
  • Familiarity with leadership development or coaching solutions
